Before your appointment
Prep that keeps
things smooth.

Prepare your hair
Come with hair freshly washed, detangled, and blow dried. Avoid large amounts of oil or leave-in conditioner — product buildup can affect the final style.

Arrive on time
There is a 20-minute grace period before an appointment is cancelled. After 10 minutes of tardiness, a $10 late fee will apply. Parking does not count as present.

Know your deposit
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. They secure your appointment time and cover the lost slot if cancelled or rescheduled.

Come comfortably
Bring anything you need to feel at ease — food, drinks, entertainment. The goal is a relaxed, stress-free appointment from the moment you arrive.

Respond to the confirmation message and use text for questions, hair details, or inspo photos. A clear start means a smoother appointment for everyone.
- Look out for a text confirming your appointment and respond promptly.
- Get the exact hair requested in your confirmation text if your style requires weave.
- Ask appointment questions by text and send inspo photos when helpful.
- Wash, detangle, and blow dry your hair with minimal product before arriving.
- If you prefer not to be featured in posts, kindly let Sierra know in advance.
Booking Policies
Clear expectations
before the chair.
Cancellation
Rescheduling or cancelling results in a lost deposit. Deposits are non-refundable with no exceptions.
Payment
Cash and Zelle are accepted. Other forms of payment are not.
Confirmation
Check your texts for appointment confirmation with hair details and the appointment address.
Late Policy
Arrive on time. A $10 fee applies after 10 minutes; the appointment is cancelled after 20.
